Region 9 covers Fayette, Scott, Franklin, Anderson, Harrison, Nicholas, Bourbon, Woodford, Clark, Montgomery, Jessamine, Mercer, Boyle, Madison, Powell, and Estill counties.
You do not have to be a resident of these counties to access Region 9 services.
