Target4 Project – Region 4

Region 4 covers Union, Webster, Henderson, McLean, Daviess, Ohio, Hancock, Breckinridge, Grayson, Hardin, LaRue, Marion, Meade, Nelson, and Washington counties. You do not have to be a resident of these counties to access Region 4 services.
